I refuse to give this location even one star. It’s Sunday, January 24th. I went with my friend to help him get his hair cut. As we entered the salon, the two ladies there wouldn’t even get off their cell phone.... didn’t greet us at all, Just pointed to the kiosk telling us to sign in the kiosk. No friendly “hi, how are you?”or no “welcome to sports clips” they were both extremely rude... told us it was going to be a half hour wait time even though no one was in the salon period. ON TOP OF THAT, my friend simply asked if he could get a beard trim, they scolded him as if he was asking the most ridiculous question ever! I am telling my family and friends to not here. HORRIBLE customer service and we were ready to tip big. DISAPPOINTED.

Haircut was great BUT TWO OUT OF THREE TIMES I WAS OVERCHARGED AND WHEN I BRING IT TO STAFF ATTENTION ALWAYS RUDE, IGNORE AND DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE MY SON IS TEN AMD I TELL THEM WHEN ASKED BUT TOO BUSY OR JUST IGNORE ME ONE TIME WAS CHARGED 21.86 AND TODAY WAS CHARGED ALMOST $23.00 FOR BASIC NO EXTRAS JR VARISTY HAIRCUT.. RIDICULOUS AND WON'T BE COMING TO THIS LOCATION OR ANY OTHER SPORT CLIPS IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT AND PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO MATTER HOW NICE HAIRCUT IS!!!!!
